Getting Started

What is RangeScout?

RangeScout compares concentrated liquidity ranges using pool data, historical price tests and simulated scenarios. The scanner finds pools to investigate; the analyser estimates fees, divergence loss and rebalancing costs.

How does the credit system work?

Deep analysis costs 10 credits; a qualifying cached re-run costs 2. Scan prices and plan benefits are shown before each action. A free account includes the LP calculators, the sample analysis and your saved library. Scans and analyses need a plan. Paid invoice allocations are added on your billing cycle. Unused credits carry forward; balances do not reset on the first of the month.

What chains do you support?

Supported sources include Solana, Ethereum, Arbitrum, Base, Optimism, Polygon, BSC, Avalanche, Sui and Robinhood Chain. Protocol support and data availability differ by chain; use the scanner and pool lookup to check a particular pool.

Analysis & Features

How accurate are your recommendations?

Monte Carlo scenarios resample historical returns. They depend on historical data and fee assumptions and are not forecasts of achieved returns. Market-stability checks compare parts of the price history. Candidate ranges are not re-selected and tested on untouched future data, so this is not out-of-sample strategy validation.

What is the backtesting period?

Up to 180 days of available price history. The actual dates, observations and data limits belong to each report. Historical token prices do not establish historical pool liquidity or fees; proxy data and fee assumptions can be required.

How often is data updated?

Freshness varies by provider and cache. Check the report timestamp and observation window. A saved sample is a dated snapshot; it is not a current trading quote.

What are the different range strategies?

We analyze multiple range width strategies (5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 30%) and provide comparisons showing profitability, time in range, rebalancing frequency, and impermanent loss for each. This helps you choose the optimal strategy based on your risk tolerance and capital efficiency goals.

How does the quant engine work?

The engine compares historical range strategies, estimates divergence and fee income, and runs conditional simulated scenarios. It also reports volatility and market-regime measures. Market-stability checks compare parts of the price history. Candidate ranges are not re-selected and tested on untouched future data, so this is not out-of-sample strategy validation. Our platform provides data analysis, historical backtesting results, and informational tools only. All information presented should be considered educational content and one of many data sources investors can use in their research process.

What should I do before making investment decisions?

What are the risks of liquidity provision?

Liquidity provision in concentrated liquidity pools carries significant risks including but not limited to: impermanent loss, smart contract vulnerabilities, protocol exploits, market volatility, token devaluation, regulatory changes, and complete loss of capital. Historical performance and backtested results do not guarantee future outcomes. You may lose some or all of your invested capital.

Do you guarantee profits or returns?

Absolutely not. We make no guarantees, warranties, or representations about potential profits, returns, or outcomes. Any historical performance data, backtested results, or projected returns shown on our platform are for informational purposes only and should not be interpreted as predictions or guarantees of future performance.

Pricing & Billing

What does a free account include?

A free account includes the LP calculators, the sample analysis and your saved library. Scans and analyses need a plan.

How do I upgrade my subscription?

Choose Starter or Pro on the Pricing page for a recurring Stripe subscription. Enterprise is contact-led. Credits are added after confirmed payment processing; the Account page shows the recorded balance.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Account page. You'll retain access to your paid tier and credits until the end of your current billing period. After that your account stays open without a plan and has no monthly credit allowance — any credits already in your balance remain yours.

When do my credits refresh?

Technical Support

I'm getting an error analyzing a pool. What should I do?

First, verify the pool address and chain are correct. Some pools may have insufficient historical data (less than 30 days) or very low liquidity, which can cause analysis failures. If the issue persists, contact support@rangescout.app with the pool address, chain, and error message.

Why can't I find my pool?

Our pool scanner filters for pools with minimum liquidity ($10,000 TVL) and volume ($5,000 24h volume) thresholds. Newly created pools or those with very low activity may not appear in scans. You can manually analyze any pool by entering its address directly in the Pool Analyzer.

How do I export my analysis results?

All completed analyses are automatically saved to your Library page where you can view them anytime. Currently, we don't offer CSV/PDF exports, but this feature is on our roadmap. For now, you can screenshot or copy data from the analysis view.

What payment methods do you accept?

Recurring subscriptions use Stripe. The Pricing page also offers one-time USDC credit packs. A pack adds credits without changing your subscription; follow the exact supported network and payment instructions shown there.

Data & Privacy

What data do you collect?

Account data and usage records support login, credits and saved analyses. Optional wallet-linked features can process wallet addresses and public transaction information. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Do you store my wallet information?

The pool analyser does not need your private key or seed phrase. Optional wallet-linked tools can retain a public wallet address for the features you use. The public live dashboard describes the operator’s agent; viewing it does not give that agent control of a visitor’s wallet.

How do you use my data?

We use your data to provide and improve our services, track credit usage, save your analysis history, and send account-related emails (verification, password resets). We do not sell your personal data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for complete details.

Can I delete my account and data?

Yes. You can request account deletion by contacting support@rangescout.app. We'll permanently delete your account data within 30 days in compliance with GDPR and data protection regulations. Note that some data may be retained for legal/compliance purposes as required by law.

Can I get a custom plan for my team?

Yes! Enterprise plans can be customized with additional credits, API access, dedicated support, and white-label options. Contact support@rangescout.app to discuss your team's specific needs and we'll create a custom quote.

Do you have an API?

Public developer access is contact-led. The Pricing page marks planned API features as Soon; contact support to confirm availability and scope before relying on an integration.
